I'm french Canyon customer, i have a Spectral ON 2022, and i'm following this forum with many attention, because the german customers have a same U.E. law of comsumation. I'm totally agree with your review. For me, i think that Canyon will spent many time for find a good solution. A solution without loss of money for their customers.I have deposited a google review on https://maps.app.goo.gl/5QmitS7waD2MDWz36 because Canyon is too discret for this recall. Nothing on their home website for exemple. Nothing on their social nework, etc...If you are agree with me, you need to deposit your google review, like this Canyon can't pass over our discontent
