Sales Management
• Establish Fox as the premier partner
• Optimize sales and service, In Store trainings and events
• Ensure the smooth inception of new season products
• Act as a liaison to customers on relevant Fox initiatives
• Increase sell-in and sell-through by deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation
• Regular account visits and contact to drive revenue

Market Management
• Understand account competitors and marketplace
• Learn and stay curious on product and product trend changes
• Establish and maintain timely, consistent, responsive external and internal relationships

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• relevant sales experience in cycle, outdoor / sporting goods or actions sports retail market
• Contact, knowledge and understanding of existing dealer network is a plus
• Experience delivering a high level of customer service and presentations
• Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel & Word)
• Ability to travel – driving license
• Good German and English
• Teamplayer and personal interest and active participation in mountain biking.
