DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Customer Service
· Taking care of e-mail and telephone service (for consumers, dealers and OEMs) on time
· Physical repair of any kind of SR Suntour E bike Components and E bike related service, software update, and other need to maintain customer service.
Ø E bike workshop
· Use test machine and test method to Investigate root cause of problem occurred on bike
· Analyze problem and suggest the improvement method
Ø Tech Promotion
· Giving dealer & distributor seminars
· Attending festivals and trade shows
Ø Rework
· Supporting rework action at customer´s locations
· Rework at SR Suntour subsidiaries
.
Ø Others
· Identify the needs for tools and maintain working quality.
· Promote all the activities for improving and increasing the level of technical knowledge of SR Suntour products, inside and outside the SR Suntour organization.
· Report of missing spare parts/ support service manager on parts need analysis
· Close communication with other SR Suntour service centres.
· Maintain the 5S of work shop
· Support on SR Suntour Development need of bike building and maintain.
· Other duties as assigned to maintain company operation
Financial Duties and Responsibilities
· Trying to work cost efficient for service activities
Essential Qualifications
High School graduated, ideally electrical engineering related or work experience
Educated in bicycle or two-wheel mechanic
Fluency in German and English
Excel / Outlook
ERP software.
