You know projects and as a great observer, you look at processes and tools, define the next steps required to hit a goal? You see what needs to be done to improve and prioritize everything in the best order? A clear communication of these things is natural to you as well as riding a bike? If you answer “yes” to these questions, then we want to ride and talk with you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OUTPUTS
– Manage projects around turbo bike connectivity and service infrastructure to leading level within the industry
– Define requirements, communicate to various external and internal teams, be communication hub and coordinate teams on different continents to achieve best project performance
– Perform workshops with user groups and key stakeholders in order to get the right thing
– Monitor and track usage of systems and define steps for continuous improvement
– Ensure company timelines are met and deviances to a plan are detected and communicated as early as possible
– Realize seamless interfaces with all aspects of Turbo bike technology
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– Experience with web service implementations – backend and frontend and definition of backend services
– Experience with continuous improvement approaches
– Experience with databases of any kind
– Familiar with JIRA & Confluence for project management
– Experience with service infrastructure and after sales scenarios
– Excellent analytics and documentation skills
– Great communicator
– Be a passionate bike rider – road and mountain
– Experience within mobile app development a plus
– Experience in e-bike technology/service a plus
Academic background
– Bachelor in information technology, physics, mathematics or similar
– +3 years of experience within an agile working software/technology environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), preferred as product owner or scrum master
– Agile software project management skills
Language skills
– English
– Other European language is a plus
