In the role of Warehouse and Dispatch Supervisor, you coordinate the workflows of the warehouse and shipping team and ensure that all shipping-related administrative processes are completed correctly and on time. You are the first point of contact for teams across the company for all questions about EU shipping.
You support the Operation Manager in setting up and maintaining the warehouse and shipping operations in Germany. The focus is on the high standard of service within the company and towards our customers. The aim is to monitor and continuously improve work processes within your own department.

- Practical experience in a comparable role
- Leadership experience desirable
- IT knowledge and willingness to familiarize yourself with new programs if necessary
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and multitasking skills
- Ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment
- Customer orientation and targeted communication
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
- High affinity for bicycles and a good technical understanding
Your area of responsibility:
- Lead the warehouse and shipping team and processes
- Work with inventory management and customer ordering systems to create shipping notes and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to keep promises to our customers
- Sorting and distributing goods issue notes to the warehouse team
- Creating and assigning shipping labels
- Investigate and correct incorrect shipping labels
- Liaise with the UK and US Rider Experience and Shipping teams, as well as external couriers, to deal with all customer inquiries professionally and quickly
- Adhere to tight deadlines to meet agreed service levels and schedules set by couriers
- Setting up and maintaining the warehouse organization, creating a floor plan
- Collaborate with the UK team to set up and process inventory deliveries, inventory moves and inventory adjustments
- Manage monthly inventories and reports
- Create and maintain departmental documents stored on SharePoint
- Creating KPI reports
