- Design, engineering, and development of new YT products.
- Engineering ownership of products from beginning of development, to end of product life.
- Understanding of applicable norms, standards, and other applicable guidelines related to the product.
- Driving towards completion of projects with high quality work.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Bring high quality product to production on time.
- Provide sensible, manufacturable, economically feasible product solutions to the team.
- Be responsible.
Your qualifications
- Basic knowledge and interest in cycling.
- Technical knowledge of cycling related manufacturing and processes.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English – other languages are an advantage
- Computer capable in MS Office & Solidworks. Other software experience helpful.
- Able to work independently, and on small dynamic teams.
- Strong work ethic and drive.
- Asia or other manufacturing or materials experience helpful.
- Professional engineering training and / or experience.
