Position Description
Formula’s OE Sales Manager will be responsible of OE sales and OE relationship for the German
speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a OE Sales Manager you’ll represent the
Company in these countries, you’ll support our customers and be responsible for the growth of
our network within MTB manufacturers.
Since the German speaking market is a core market for Formula, the OE Sales Manager for this
area will work together with our Product Managers and Marketing Dept.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated person with good interpersonal skills and committed to
excellence and results. We’re offering a full-time position that requires organizational skills, multitasking
capabilities, the ability to be creative and innovative and a very strong attitude to team
work.
Responsibilities:
• Visit customers and support them on regular basis
• Test new products with customers
• Works with customers in case of territory events for end consumer
• Visit new potential customers in order to expand our network
• Report to the Company on regular basis
• Remote conference call on regular basis
• Assist our Product Managers and Marketing dept. in order to develop new products based
on customers’ requests
• Assist our marketing team in order to prepare shows and events
• Manage your assigned projects (respect of time-lines is a key aspect)
• Visit and support (tech training) of Distributors in German speaking countries (this task can
be extended to other countries)
What we expect:
• German native speaker
• Professional experience in the Bicycle Industry
• Very good negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Willingness to take part to exhibitions and events
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Be a strong team player
• Able to work independently when necessary
• Passionate about the Mountain Bike Industry
• Avid biker with good riding skills (mountain bike)
• Knowledge of bicycle mechanics
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills
